Flavor characteristics of Da Hong Pao:
Da Hong Pao has a unique flavor and sweet aroma that most other oolong teas do not have. The dry tea leaves are tightly packed, with a fresh brown color and a bright orange-yellow tea soup. The aroma is rich with orchid fragrance and roasted fire fragrance, which is high, long-lasting and resistant to brewing. The taste is mellow and sweet, with obvious rock rhyme. The tea leaves after brewing (soft tea leaves) are fresh, with obvious characteristics of green leaves and red edges.
This tea is described as rock rhyme Yan Yun, a balanced appearance that combines multiple characteristics. It has a pure taste and a fresh orchid feel, and each leaf is consistently roasted during the production process. It perfectly blends sweetness and mellowness with a hint of liveliness, which makes people feel interesting.
