Tea craft: Rose black tea is made through the flower scenting process. The combination of the natural fragrance of roses and Lapsang Souchong black tea is a perfect match of flowers and tea. The rich flower fragrance cannot cover the tea fragrance. This requires exquisite skills in flower scenting craft. Yunnan Double-petal roses are evenly spread with a layer of roses and a layer of black tea leaves, sealed and scented for 7 days, and then the same process is repeated. Finally, after multiple scentings, the roses emit fragrance and the tea leaves absorb the fragrance, so that Zhengshan Xiaozhong black tea can be full of rose fragrance. After brewing 7-8 times, this rose black tea still has a long-lasting fragrance and a sweet and mellow taste.

① Gaiwan/teapot brewing method:
Recommended tea-water ratio: 1:30
Recommended water temperature: below 90℃(194℉)
Recommended utensils: ceramic gaiwan, teapot or glass pot
Soaking time: first brewing 10s, second brewing 10s, third brewing 10-15s, fourth brewing 15s
When pouring water, do not pour water directly on the tea leaves, you can pour water along the edge of the container.

② Glass bottle cold brewing method:
Recommended tea-water ratio: 1:150/200
