"Blue and white pottery" (Chinese: 青花; pinyin: qīng-huā; lit. 'Blue flowers/patterns') refers to a wide range of white pottery and porcelain decorated under the glaze with a blue pigment, generally cobalt blue pigment. This imitating Yuan-style blue and white porcelain tea set is 100% handmade and hand-painted by experienced Jingdezhen ceramists. 

Yuan blue and white porcelain refers to blue and white porcelain made in China during the Yuan Dynasty (1271-1368 AD). Yuan blue and white porcelain is characterized by blue and white painting, and the pigment used is a cyan pigment made of cobalt oxide. After firing, the color is bright and rich, and it has a very high decorative effect. The formation of tin spots in Yuan blue and white porcelain is that the iron content in the local area of the blue pigment is particularly high, reaching a saturated state in the high-temperature glaze solution. After the kiln heating is completed, the kiln temperature gradually decreases, and the supersaturated part of the iron element begins to precipitate. If the iron content of the blue pigment is higher and the cooling speed is properly controlled, tin spots are more likely to appear on the object.
