This Jingdezhen artwork teaware is painted with a Chinese Dragon by Jingdezhen experienced Pottery painter, Cao Yi.
"Blue and white pottery" (Chinese: 青花; pinyin: qīng-huā; lit. 'Blue flowers/patterns') covers a wide range of white pottery and porcelain decorated under the glaze with a blue pigment, generally cobalt oxide.
This exquisite teaware takes two times to get burn in the cave after painting Chinese flower on it. There is also hand signed signature of Master Wangbin on the bottom of the teacup.
The bright gold lines are painted by pure 24k gold power, what's why it looks so gold shining.
Master Cao Yi, born in Jingdezhen in 1980, is the inheritor of the intangible cultural heritage of Chinese ceramic art, a national first-class technician, and a senior ceramic artist in Jingdezhen City. He has been fond of painting since he was a child, and was influenced by his family's ceramic culture. He has been fascinated by the craftsmanship of handmade porcelain. A deep understanding of the seventy-two processes of Jingdezhen ceramics. Good clay and good knives will produce good shapes. Beautiful shapes and detailed paintings will make good vessels. The pastel work "Autumn Wind Harmony" vase was collected by the Jiangxi Provincial Museum, and the blue and white "National Color" Tianxiang" ceramics were collected by the China Ceramics Museum in Jingdezhen. In 2010, he published a paper "A Brief Discussion on the Creation and Aesthetics of Pastel Meticulous Flower-and-Bird Paintings."
