Dingyao is one of the Five Great Kilns of the Song Dynasty (960–1279), renowned for producing exquisite white porcelain. The kiln sites are located in Quyang County, Hebei Province (an area that fell under the jurisdiction of Dingzhou during the Song Dynasty). Characterized by fine-grained bodies and warm, lustrous glazes, the ware is celebrated for its distinctive "mang kou" (un-glazed rims) and superb decorative techniques—specifically incising, sgraffito, and molding. In addition to standard white porcelain, the kilns produced rare varieties such as "Black Ding," "Purple Ding," and "Green Ding."

It's handwritten classic poem " 昨日东风吹枳花，酒醒春晚一瓯茶” Yesterday, the spring breeze stirred the blooming orange blossoms. Today, as the wine's haze fades, a bowl of tea accompanies the lingering days of spring.
