This handmade copper kettle is forged by local copper craftsmen and local Chaozhou forging techniques.

ATTENTION: if you use your copper directly above the charcoal, it may become black due to natural oxidizing.

Usage: It can be heated by direct fire like charcoal fire or alcohol lamp, candle, Electric Ceramic Cooker

For the first usage: please use vinegar to wipe up the inside of your copper kettle and then boil water, wash the kettle. Now you finish the maintenance of the first usage.

Maintenance: please do not leave water in the kettle once you finish brewing your brew. Copper is easy to get oxidized and become black, you can mix of white vinegar and salt to wash it.
