Our Super Fine White Peony white tea is produced in Fujian Province and made from the highest-grade tea bud and two leaves. The tea is coated with a silver-white fuzz. When you brew white peony, the fuzz falls into the water and makes your tea sweeter, which is indeed a form of tea amino acid.

It is processed by rapid low-temperature drying without any rolling or other processing. This enables the tea leaves to retain their original characteristics. This loose-leaf white tea is named after the delicate petals of the White Peony and is characterized by its tender, downy white leaves.

Why is white tea known as “One-year tea, Three years medicine, Seven years treasure”?
This is due to the production process of white tea, which keeps it active. The pure tea properties gradually transform into medicinal properties with health-care functions, provided the quality and storage conditions of the tea are good.
Brewing suggestions:
Number of people drinking: three people water:150ml tea amount: 5 grams Recommended utensils: Gaiwan
First to fourth brewing: use 95℃-100℃(203℉-212℉) water, pour water along the wall of the gaiwan at fixed points, wait for 15 seconds, and then pour out the tea soup.
After the fourth brewing: use 100°C water, pour water along the wall of the gaiwan at fixed points, wait 15 seconds, and then pour out the tea soup.
