What's Nixing teapot?

Nixing pottery, known as Yue pottery in ancient times and scientifically called purple clay pottery, is produced in Qinzhou, Guangxi. Nixing pottery is a traditional folk craft with more than 1,300 years of history.

Qinzhou Nixing pottery, together with Jiangsu Yixing purple sand pottery, Yunnan Jianshui pottery, and Sichuan Rongchang pottery(Chongqing Rongchang pottery), are known as the "four famous pottery in China" and are well-known at home and abroad. In June 2008, Qinzhou Nixing pottery firing technology was listed as a national intangible cultural heritage.
