What's Qingzhuan Green Brick Dark Tea?

Green brick tea originated in Hubei and is an important member of China's dark tea family. Its craftsmanship has a long history. It uses fresh leaves of large-leaf tea trees of the Hubei tea system from 600 to 1200m in the southwestern and southern Hubei regions of the Yangtze River Basin as raw materials. It is refined through more than 70 processes, including primary processing, pile fermentation, refining, blending, steaming and pressing, and baking. It is green-brown, bright red in tea soup, mellow and smooth in taste, and has a lasting sweet aftertaste.

Who made this Qingzhuan?

Zhaoliqiao Tea Factory is the inheritor of the world-famous "Chuan 川" tea.

Zhaoliqiao Tea Factory is a provincial agricultural industrialization leading enterprise with "Chinese time-honored brand" and "China famous trademark"; the drafting unit of the national standard (GB) for green brick tea and rice brick tea; a national high-tech enterprise; a "national industrial heritage" enterprise recognized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology; and a national intangible cultural heritage-Zhaoliqiao brick tea making skills inheritance and protection unit.

Tea soup: red brown, bright, clear 

This green brick tea was produced in 2008 and there are relatively few of them in existence. It is made from carefully selected raw materials from 2004.

Aroma profile: very pleasant, sweet herbal medicine fragrance, Chinese jujube aroma, fresh sugarcan bark aroma, mild woody fragrance, aged aroma etc.

Taste features: The first sip of this Qingzhuan will conquer your taste bud with its light fresh sugarcan natural sweetness. The tea is full of varied delicious fragrances of jujube, Tortoise herb jelly, sugarcane etc. After drinking it, there is a quick recovery of saliva and a sweet aftertaste. It has a mellow taste and fresh mint-like coolingness inside your mouth.

How to drink Liubao tea?

Teaware selection: Recommended Chinese Yixing purple clay teapot or Chinese Nixing pottery teapot

[brewing method]
1. Warm the teapot: wash the tea set with boiling water to increase the temperature of the tea set and play a cleaning role;
2. Add tea: According to the tea-to-water ratio of 1:20 (the amount of tea can also be adjusted according to personal taste and preference);
3. Moisturize the tea: Rinse it with boiling water. It is required to rinse it quickly to help the tea properties show better;
4. Brewing: Use boiling water to brew. Adjust the brewing time and the concentration of

[Stew tea method]
1. Warm the teapot: wash the tea set with boiling water to increase the temperature of the tea set and play a cleaning role;
2. Add tea: Put the tea into a tea bag according to the tea-to-water ratio of 1:200.
3. Rinse the tea: Rinse it once with boiling water, pour out the tea soup in about 20 seconds, and discard it;
4. Stew tea: Pour in boiling water, simmer for 1-2 hours, and then drink.
5. Drink until 1/3 of the way is filled with water (boiling water) to ensure that the tea flavor remains unchanged.

[How to boil tea]
1. Prepare tea: Prepare tea according to the size of the kettle, according to the tea-to-water ratio of 1:150-200 and put it into tea bags;
2. Rinse the tea: Rinse it once with boiling water, pour out the tea soup in about 20 seconds, and discard it;
3. Make tea: add boiling water, simmer over low heat for 5 minutes, then drink.
4. Drink 1/3 of the way, add warm water, and boil again to ensure the tea flavor remains the same.
