2018 White Peony White Tea Chinese Organic White Tea Baimudan Tea
The raw material of this white peony tea made from the highest-grade one tea bud and two leaves, and the surface of the tea is covered with a layer of silvery white fuzz. When brewing white peony, the white fuzz will fall into the water, making the tea sweeter. This is indeed a form of tea amino acids.
The raw materials of tea are produced on the high mountains of Guanyang Town, Fujian Province, with the highest altitude reaching 900 meters. During the growth of tea trees, no artificial intervention such as weeding and fertilization is required. In the areas with large temperature differences in the mountains, "frost" often occurs during the day and night, resulting in only a few wild teas with tenacious vitality surviving. Tea farmers use these wild teas to make this white peony, making this white peony white tea have a special cool feeling when drinking, and the tea soup is more fresh, sweet, and has a unique mild and sweet camphor wood aroma.

Why is white tea known as “One-year tea, Three years medicine, Seven years treasure”?
This is due to the production process of white tea, which keeps it active. The active compounds in white tea, such as tea polyphenols, catechins, amino acids, and flavonoids, will be further enhanced during storage. The pure tea properties gradually transform into medicinal properties with health-care functions, provided the quality and storage conditions of the tea are good.
