This bamboo woven teapot Gaiwan is actually an intangible cultural heritage from Sichuan province of China, which is a folk art from Chengdu, it dated from mid-Qing Dynasty, in 2008 it was selected to National intangible heritage list. Every piece is made by Sichuan local bamboo craftsman.

First, this travel teapot is an exceptional piece of craftsmanship! The work is so fine and delicate, it is the most beautiful object in my possession and if I had to keep only one, it would be this one! It arrived very quickly and very well packaged, so in perfect condition. In addition, to take it with you, it is packed in a small bag in the shape of a lotus which protects it well. The price is completely justified. I love it ♡
