2016 Pu Erh Tea Yunnan Gushu Aged 8 Years Ripe Puerh Tea Ball Shou Pu Er Tea
This Yunnan ripe Pu erh tea (Shou cha puer) is post-fermented, using large, high-quality tea leaves from aged tea trees Gushu over 100 years old from the Brown Mountains in Yunnan. Tea from Brown Mountain in Yunnan has always been the preferred raw material for ripe tea fermentation. It is rich in substances and has stable tea quality.
Coupled with Menghai's superior fermentation geographical environment and mature ripe tea fermentation technology, only a cup of Pu-erh tea with a mellow flavor can be achieved.
Brown Shou Pu'er cha has a pure, clean, aged aroma. In 2016, the pu erh tea raw materials were made into tea balls and aged in a dry warehouse in Kunming for 8 years until 2024, the right period for the ripe tea to be drunk (dry warehouse aging in Kunming means slower tea conversion and better quality). This ripe pu erh tea has been properly transformed and stored cleanly.
