Our premium Bai Mudan white tea is produced in Fuding, Fujian Province, and is made from the highest grade tea buds and two leaves. The surface of the tea leaves is covered with a layer of silvery white fuzz. When brewing baimudan tea, the white fuzz will fall into the water, making the tea sweeter, which is indeed a form of tea amino acids.
Raw material: The fresh leaves of this premium white peony tea are selected from 6-meter-high tea trees that have been grown in the ecological tea garden for more than 20 years. Applying organic fertilizer to tea trees can increase the organic matter of the soil and increase the activity of soil enzymes. Tea trees grow naturally without any manual interference including weeding, fertilization, etc. The tea is from high mountain tea garden over 780m.
"Liu Cong" tea tree refers to white tea from large trees like Gushu in Yunnan, making tea trees can stimulate more flavor, aroma and trace elements.
Studies have shown that the soluble sugar content and amino acid content of Liucong white tea trees grown in ecological tea gardens are significantly higher than that of ordinary white tea, and the content of rich organic matter and aroma components is 33.8% higher than that of ordinary white tea.Therefore, this white tea is very sweet, with a charming and rich aroma.

tea to water ratio 1:30
water temperature: 95℃-100℃(203℉-212℉)
Recommended utensils: Gaiwan/Purple clay teapot
First to fourth brewing: use 95℃-100℃(203℉-212℉) water, pour water along the wall of the gaiwan at fixed points, wait for 15 seconds, and then pour out the tea soup.
After the fourth brewing: use 100°C water, pour water along the wall of the gaiwan at fixed points, wait 15 seconds, and then pour out the tea soup.
