 The raw material is produced in Xikun Village, Guanyang Town, Fujian Province, a thousand-year-old ancient village with a tea garden at an altitude of more than 600 meters. It is surrounded by clouds and mist year round, with beautiful mountains, clear waters, lush vegetation, and deep soil.

The tea produced here has a high amino acid content and rich internal substances. Therefore, when brewing this white peony (bai mudan white tea), you will see white fluff falling into the water, making the tea sweeter.

This white peony tea is made into tea cakes by hand-pressing, which is very difficult to do. How to store white tea?

Storage: Stored in cool, dry condition away from direct sunlight

Why is white tea known as “One-year tea, Three years medicine, Seven years treasure”?
This is due to the production process of white tea, which keeps it active. The active compounds in white tea, such as tea polyphenols, catechins, amino acids, and flavonoids, will be further enhanced during storage. The pure tea properties gradually transform into medicinal properties with health-care functions, provided the quality and storage conditions of the tea are good.

Brewing suggestions:
Tea to water ratio 1:30
Water temperature: 95℃-100℃(203℉-212℉)
Recommended utensils: Gaiwan/Purple clay tea pot

First to fourth brewing: use 95℃-100℃(203℉-212℉) water, pour water along the wall of the gaiwan at fixed points, wait for 20 seconds, and then pour out the tea soup.
After the fourth brewing: use 100°C water, pour water along the wall of the gaiwan at fixed points, wait 15 seconds, and then pour out the tea soup.
