Dian black tea is a fully fermented tea
Amount of tea added: generally 5-6 grams,
The tea-to-water ratio is 1:30
Tea set selection: Gaiwan (preferred), teapot
Recommended water temperature: around 85℃ (185℉) (water temperature control is especially important)
Water injection: high-fine water injection is helpful to stimulate the aroma of tea leaves
Steeping time: generally 8-10 seconds
