Due to the emulsion effect of arsenic, the color produces a powdery effect, and then it is fired for the second time at a low temperature of 700℃-800℃ (1292 º℉-1472 ℉). The finished product has a crystal-clear surface, rich color layers, and soft colors. Famille rose porcelain has a special powdery texture and a strong sense of protrusion when touched.

Famille rose porcelain was created in the late Kangxi period of the Qing Dynasty, and was popular in the Yongzheng and Qianlong periods, becoming a major variety of porcelain production in the Qing Dynasty. It has been popular until modern times, so famille rose porcelain has become one of the four famous porcelains in Jingdezhen, and famille rose porcelain is known as the "Oriental Art Treasure".
