What is Liupao tea?

Liu Bao is named after it is produced in Liubao Town, Wuzhou, Guangxi, China. Liubao tea is a renowned tea that has been enjoyed for thousands of years in China. It belongs to the category of dark tea and is renowned for its distinctive quality characteristics: "red, thick, aged, and mellow." It is also resistant to drying and long-term storage. The more it ages, the more fragrant it becomes. It also has unique health benefits such as good dehumidification and weight loss.

Raw materials: Guangxi Liubao County Group Species Yuanzhong Liubao From Heishi Mountain (essential Liubao tea production area), which grows at a high altitude, with many gravelly soils and abundant clouds.

Characteristics Liubao County Group Species Yuanzhong Liubao: There is significant variation in traits among individual plants, with several different types (i.e., natural blends) within the same population. In terms of leaf color, there are varieties with green buds, yellow-green buds, red buds, and purple buds, and the tea is rich in internal components. Analysis shows that it contains higher levels of tea polyphenols, catechins, theaflavins, thearubigins, and amino acids compared to other tea types. It is precisely because of this intra-varietal differentiation and regional characteristics that it produces a unique aroma not found in other tea varieties.
