Enshi Yulu is one of the most exquisite green teas in China.
This good quality green tea is made from the fresh leaves of Longjing No. 43 with one bud and one leaf or one bud and two leaves, which are fresh and oily green color, and are made through the steam-fixation green technology. Steaming inhibits enzyme oxidation by high temperature heating, so the tea leaves are uniform, straight, green in color, covered with very fine silver fuzzs, and produce a refreshing fresh taste.
Our raw materials come from the tea garden in Enshi Grand Canyon, which is surrounded by clouds, has fertile soil, rich vegetation, distinct four seasons, ans unique and rich natural biological selenium resources.

Origin: Enshi City, Hubei Province, China
Tea shape: Dry tea leaves: the leaves are tight, round and straight, with white hairs visible on the surface, emerald green in color, and shaped like pine needles; the brewed tea leaves: the leaves are bright yellow-green, neat and symmetrical, plump and tender, soft and thick.
Tea Soup: The tea soup is clear and yellow-green.
Taste Features: It tastes sweet, mellow, and refreshing, with a particular sea sedge flavor. It also creates a natural sweetness that lasts after entering the throat.
Storage: To prolong shelf life, this tea should be stored in the refrigerator. However, please remember to let the tea get to room temperature before taking it from the tea bag when you take it from the fridge.

Tea to water ratio: 1:50.
Steeping time within 15s
We recommend that you use the traditional Chinese style - Gongfu tea to brew this tea, so that you can appreciate the changes in the shape and aroma of the tea leaves during the brewing time.
Or you can also use the glass cup/glass teapot method, 2-3g for a 300ml cup, steeping time 1mn, you leave one-third of the water in the cup and continue to add water.
