2023 Pu Erh Cha Raw Pu Erh Yunnan Gushu Old Tree Pu-erh Tea Ball

Raw material: This raw Pu-erh tea is selected from the original leaves of high-quality large-leaf species in the Bingdao area of Mengku, Yunnan. The tea trees are aged over 100 years. Iceland Bingdao is located in the Iceland Village Committee, Lincang City, Yunnan Province. The terrain there is uniquely endowed with sunshine, rain, temperature, and soil, all of which are very suitable for the growth of tea trees. It is a high-quality tea area for Puerh tea. The tea tree is a superior species, with thick, tender leaves and strong tenderness. Therefore, it is famous for its unique "Iceland sweetness" and occupies an important position in Puer tea.

About Bingdao Pu ErhTea:
  Iceland is something that everyone who drinks Pu-erh tea can't resist. It is a famous mountain tea. Naturally, you can see the introduction of tea in many places: orchid fragrance, rock sugar sweetness, rock sugar rhyme, etc., but I don't think it is the same. The most appropriate adjective, I think, is the most appropriate adjective to describe Bingdao tea: "clean", pure, the kind of clarity that is not tainted by the world.

Brewing method:

Tea to water ratio: 1:20/1:30
Recommended water temperature: above 95°C（203℉）
Teaware selection: Recommended purple clay teapot or gaiwan

Brewing: pour the boiling water slowly at a fixed point to make the soup quickly. Please do not steep too long time.  (For the first-second infusion, the tea needs time to stretch in water, the steeping time can be over 20s) .
