This Jingdezhen artwork teacup is painted with Chinese snow landscape painting and by a Jingdezhen experienced ceramic painter, Yu Hongliang.

Alum red is a low-temperature On-glaze pigment for Chinese ceramics. It is a low-temperature red glazed with a suspension of ferric oxide. It is also called “orang red” "iron red", "red color". Its color often has an orange-red color, which is gorgeous and bright. Alum red porcelain is the earliest overglaze color decorative art in Chinese porcelain making history, which appeared in the Song Dynasty.
