This lovely little panda teapot is made of Yixing suet white jade mud and made by Yixing ceramicist Wang Fang.

Design idea: The body of the pot is trapezoidal, the curve is soft and smooth, and the shape is thick and simple. The feet are supported by nails in a triangular shape, giving people a sense of lightness and stability. The figure-eight shape of the body of the pot forms a shaped surface in the main perspective, which is both curved and straight, showing a simple and generous demeanor. Direct current, simple to see strength, mostly concealed connection, dissolved in the whole body of the pot. The handle is mostly in the shape of an inverted triangle, which complements the shape of the pot body, forming a harmonious aesthetic effect. The flat gland and bridge button are clean and neat, with appropriate proportions, fully embodying the characteristics of exquisiteness and precision workmanship.

About the suet white jade mud: "White mud" is named after the color of the mineral material. The original ore is produced in the Zhaozhuang Mountain System (Ivory Mountain) in Yixing. Because the iron content is one of the lowest among all Yixing minerals, about 5%, it has a white tone after firing, the tire is relatively firm, and the surface is smooth and smooth. After a certain high temperature, it has a light blue-white tone.
