What's Yellow Tea 黄茶？

1.  History of Yellow Tea: Yellow tea is one of the six major types of tea in China. It is a slightly fermented tea that originated in the Western Han Dynasty and has a history of more than 2,000 years. It is mainly produced in Zhejiang, Sichuan, Anhui, Hunan, Guangdong, Hubei, and other provinces.
